Evaluate affiliate recruiting results
Judge recruiting by relevant placements and business results. Directory access and account registrations are steps in the process, not proof of successful recruiting.
How to review a result
Start with the program, product category, period and goal. Record qualified prospects contacted, replies, approvals, active placements and valid orders or qualified leads. Account for refunds, cancellations, duplicate leads and existing customers.
Ask what changed
Did the new partner reach the intended audience? Did a relevant placement appear? Was the commission economically workable? Compare results with the program’s baseline and describe what remains uncertain. Avoid attributing every tracked order to incremental demand without evidence.
Examples and customer claims
This page does not claim PublisherFinders customer outcomes. Its former success-story positioning has been retired. Use the methods here to evaluate your own program and ask for source evidence when reviewing a vendor’s case study.
Use the recruiting workflow and vet affiliate applicants before approving them.
